Website content is general information for Toronto and GTA homeowners and businesses. It is not a diagnosis, safety inspection, code opinion, or substitute for an on-site assessment by a qualified professional.

Prices, repair ranges, timelines, rebates, financing, product availability, and technical requirements can change. A written estimate or agreement for a specific job controls over general website content.

A phone or form conversation helps us understand the request but is not a binding quote unless clearly identified in writing. Final scope and pricing may depend on equipment condition, access, testing, parts, permits, code requirements, and conditions discovered on site.

Additional work should be described and authorized before it proceeds. Applicable taxes, diagnostic charges, deposits, cancellation terms, warranties, and payment timing will be stated in the relevant written estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

We accept calls 24 hours a day, but response time and same-day attendance depend on location, weather, demand, technician availability, equipment, access, and safety. Website wording does not guarantee an arrival time.

For fire, smoke, a suspected gas leak, carbon-monoxide alarm, serious electrical hazard, or medical emergency, leave the affected area when appropriate and contact 911, the gas utility, fire services, or another relevant emergency authority before requesting routine HVAC service.

Government, utility, and municipal programs set their own eligibility, equipment, application, documentation, funding, and deadline rules. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, GTA HVAC Pros does not administer those programs and cannot guarantee approval or payment.

Confirm the current official program terms and exact equipment eligibility before signing a contract or starting work. Financing such as Toronto HELP is a loan and may include interest, fees, property requirements, and lender consent.
